Vi kan ikke garantere at farverne på websitet er nøjagtigt de samme i virkeligheden. Dette afhænger af farveopsætningen på din computer og skærm.
Reparation
Selvom at din varer ikke længere er dækket af garantien iflg. den danske købelov, vil vi prøve at reparere din Verivinci varer hvis det er muligt, og vi har reservedele. Kontakt venligst:

Reklamationsret
Hvis en varer er fejlbehæftet, modtaget ødelagt, eller har en produktionsfejl som opstår indenfor 24 måneder efter købet, kontakt da kundeservice med det samme på:

Hos Wallnuts ApS prøver vi at gøre leveringstiden så kort som muligt, Derfor er ordre indenfor Danmark parate til afsendelse fra vores lager indenfor 2-3 arbejdsdage, og internationale ordre indenfor 5 arbejdsdage. I weekender, ved helligdage samt mellem jul og nytår må der imødeses nogen forsinkelse.

Returnering og bytte
Bemærk at du har 14 dage til at informere os om at du vil returnere varen, og derefter 14 dage til at returnere den. For at give en god shoppeoplevelse skal varen returneres til os i perfekt stand. Vær sikker på at alle varer er nøjagtig som du modtog dem, med mærker og banderoler intakte. Vi anbefaler at du bruger pakkepost for at sikre varen samt gemmer tracking nummeret. Varen er dit ansvar indtil den lander på vores lager. Bemærk: Vi behandler kun køb lavet i vores danske online shop, hvis du ønsker at returnere varer købt i vores butikker kontakt da venligst butikken.

Vedlæg en kopi af original faktura, leveringsseddel eller ordrebekræftelse sammen med en begrundelse for returneringen.
Så snart vi har behandlet din returnering vil vi returnere din betaling fratrukket fragtomkostninger. Pengene vil være på din konto indenfor 14 dage.
Fortrydelsesret
Du har 14 dages fortrydelsesret, fra den dag du modtager dine varer. Du kan nægte modtagelse eller returnere til vores lager. Varen skal returneres i samme stand og mængde. Du betaler selv returporto. Når vi har modtaget pakken returnerer vi pengene til din konto.

Colors at your screen
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Repairs
Even your product is no more covered by the consumer protection under Danish law, we will try to repair your Verivinci products as long as we have spare parts and it’s possible for us. Please contact:

At Wallnuts, we strive to keep the delivery time as short as possible. Therefore, orders in Denmark are processed in the warehouse and ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days and international within 5 working days. At the weekend, at Holidays and Christmas Holiday you may have to face a delay.

Deliviery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that you have 14 days to inform us that you want to return the product, and then 14 days to return it. In order to create
a pleasant shopping experience items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and please also save the tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please note: We can only process your return and refund if you have purchased the item in Verivinci´s Danish online shop. If you wish to return items bought in one of our stores, please contact the store in question.

Enclose a copy of the original Invoice, delivery note or order confirmation with reason for return and your PayPal account. For Danish customers your bank account.
Refund
As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 2-14 days for the money to appear on your credit card statement.

Cooling-off period
The cooling-off period is 14 days. As a general rule, this period is calculated as from the date on which you received the good or the first delivery. You have a right to receive certain information, including information on the right of withdrawal and on the good purchased. The cooling-off period does not start to run until you have received such information in writing (for example by letter or email). The period, however, expires no later than three months after the date on which you received the good. If, for example, you receive the purchased goods on Monday, the first day of the month, and you have been notified as stipulated above, you will have a right to withdraw from the contract until monday, the 15th of the month. If you have not been notified until at a later date, such as on Wednesday, the third day of the month, you will have a right to withdraw from the contract until Wednesday, the 17th day of the month. In the event that the period expires on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, on 24 December or 31 December, you may withdraw from the contract on the following weekday.
You may also withdraw from the contract by not receiving the goods or failing to pick up the goods at the post office, etc.
